Glad to see that one fwd is drawing some attention. I tend to have crap luck on the market. He may just fetch me somewhere near his value. Time shall tell...
Apparently my family roots are from the Galway area which I see is just West of where Emerald is from. I've visited Ireland a couple of times, and it's a really awesome place to visit. Not sure about living there, though.
My family's last name is predominantly spelled "Tuohy" back in Ireland. Know any Tuohys, Emerald?

I only know 2e's... I should phonetically spell it "E E"...
OAP are now unbeaten in 11 league games (add 3 or 4 NC and 3 or 4 SLC games to that as well). Burning some energy but staying near the top of the table is a good thing Haven't lost since a 1-0 loss on match day 2 (which I dominated TOP and on shots, surrendered one shot - a PK - late to lose).

This league is crazy this season! 3-7th place separated by one point still. I still don't know if I want to push for that top 2 spot or go for the NC. So far been able to not burn too much energy, but that'll change if I want to stay in the pack.

That's my dilemma too. I chose league over NC since there'll only be two NC representatives and while I likely won't get the top-2 in the league at least a strong finish will bring favorable sponsor offers. Now, granted, there is a good shot Kenora will win the ChL so 2nd and 3rd will get to go and seeing as HL is folding up shop mid-season I'd say I have a 30-50% chance to be one of those 2 teams.
Well I have moved up to 10th spot in the division. Have an easy game tomorrow then a tough match on Saturday against the top team in the division. Got the whole team swapped out and building the small stand-ups for Saturday's home game. 3 game winning streak going. I am gunning for a top 8 finish now. Hopefully I can sneak a win or draw in on Saturday as well.

Top 8 finish in hockey? Hockey season and playoffs are done... only friendlies now until Monday.
Sponsor offers were down across the board as my 20% bonus from the CWC disappeared. Skyboxes were down a bit, media deal was down a bit. Signed 3 skybox deals abiding by the 4-4-3 rule. Signed a 5* GS which was up as the one from last year was a 4*. I'll be getting 20M/week from my GS and likely 19-20M/week from my MS.

Last season I was getting 20/20mill from the main and media sponsors, but they'll likely all be down a bit this round of offers.
Chose to go with a 4* offer from the main sponsor and rejected a 1* from media.
Picked up two 5* offers for skyboxes.
Main reason for them being down is I got lower OTR than this time last season
I had ** offers for almost everything. The only thing I signed was a **** skybox for 241k. Media sponsor is only 4.9 per week. With 11,700 seats and seven Triples. Oh ****. I might have messed up.
I'll be getting at least 14.2M per week. Total. That's with 100/100 marketing, HR13, finishing in 19th & 17th, and relegating to III. I made 15.9M this season after finishing in last in I.1.

You don't start to notice the media sponsor rise until a few thousand seats more than that. Keep investing in a stand when you can and it'll pay off down the line. I think I was only around 5-6M at that capacity. The next phase of upgrades you'll notice a difference. Plus your OTR will be fat which'll certainly help.

Yeah. I wasn't expecting the huge money now, but I was hoping for closer to 10M than 5M. I might get 6M if I'm lucky enough to get 5 stars. That's slightly disappointing. But I guess not totally unexpected.
Of course I'll still keep building. But I might not get two maxed Triples next season. I had enough after selling players, but then I had to build accessories for he last two triples. So I might only add 3400 seats instead of 4800. I could do that without a loan. which i want to avoid at all costs. That would still get me over 15,000 seats.
I can't wait to see which league I fall into. That regrouping will be huge for me. Maybe. I'm thinking I should be one of the top teams in III no matter what in season 14. Certainly by the end of it.

I was happy to receive (and accept) a 4* Media, 5* General and a 5* Skybox deal. I rejected a 3* Skybox deal.
I added 4.5k seats this season, and saw a 91.5% increase in my Media deal; which is now up to 9.45M/wk. My General Sponsor deal was a 21.8% increase; up to 17.5M/wk.
With that info, I went ahead and started construction on two more max triples. That will put me at 15.5k capacity in time for next season's offers. Hopefully the RW I purchased recently provides enough of a boast to keep my team in the playoffs.
-----------
In soccer, I had a disappointing draw today. Ironically, so far this season, my team has a better record when they allow a goal vs. when they don't. I have 3 tough matches on the schedule next with only a 1 point lead over 2nd and a 3 point lead over 3rd, so it could shape up to be an exciting week. This Christmas Day showdown with arch-rival FC Corona may be an opportunity to put them 5 matches down in the standings.
I'm currently 68 days away from a max-capacity soccer stadium and 64 days away from a maintenance center upgrade. That leaves 3 options for spending money:
1) Medical Center - 11. This won't cost much and will probably be my next purchase.
2) Regeneration Facility - 15. This will cost a pretty penny and may not have the impact that I would like.
3) A Star Forward. The most expensive option of the 3, but should provide a huge boast if I can land a significant upgrade over Julius Valina. Valina is a solid contributer, but at 3/6 he'll have trouble keeping up with other players in training. I'd be looking for a Universal Forward or potential one that prefers the left side. I'm not sitting on much cash now and it will take a while to save up the 200M+ that it would require to make this option happen.
Any thoughts on those 3 options? TF-15 is complete, while HR-15 and SA-15 are currently in construction.

Yeah yeah yeah. I screwed up. If I had waited one more season... Oh well. I'm enjoying the rebuild more than I would beating my head against the Force anyway.
Two star offers again today. All I've been able to sign so far are a couple of skyboxes.

I hate giving you good advice, but I'd go with the forward. Both of your guys are nearing their end. Although with your defense, you could remain successful no matter who you threw out there up front.
I have 2 players on my soccer team remaining from my first day as manager, both 26. The first to hit RFA was Omar Budd, my now back-up LM and I shelled out the 3+ mil it cost to sign him as I don't really have anyone to take his place as back-up in case my LM goes down or gets suspended (likely being that my team has acquired a league leading 29 yellow cards this season).
My second is Gabe Gannon, my back-up keeper who isn't too far away from dropping to 3rd string. I'm having trouble justifying the 4,875,000 signing bonus to keep him as I'll ultimately have to sell him for 8.6 mil just to break even.
