Bingo ensuring no fans lose their money if the world ends.

http://www.ottawacitizen.com/sports/...364/story.html

the Ottawa Senators’ American Hockey League affiliate is offering to reimburse fans the cost of tickets for Saturday’s game against the Rochester Americans “in the event of a world apocalypse.”

So proud of the baby sens this year. Even though they've only played 23 games they're still in fourth place and they would be first overall in the AHL if they play 3 more games and go 3-0. Go bingo go

3400?

Kingston started off with 2500 and has grown more and more as the team gets better. Last game I was at was over 4k.

With an AHL team they could do 4500 regular, selling out the 5700 and expanding to the 6k like the plans call for. Especially if they shift them to play the bulldogs and marlies more.

What's your point, BCVMA only holds 4,600ish. If you look at the percentages of full house to average attendance we are top 10, might even be top 5.

why are they playing wideman over blood? i always assumed blood was more of a defensive defenseman which is what they need right now. they are getting outshot like crazy.

Is Hoffman still only 176 lbs? That's pretty small for a hockey player and it might be the only thing holding him back from making the jump to becoming a full time NHL player. If he can get up to 196 lbs, then I think he will become a full time NHLer.

Congrats to Luke for being named as one of the coaches to the AHL All-Star game. He is doing a great job in Bingo this yr & he seems to have gotten everyone to buy into the program.

I assume that Silfverberg will be called up to Ottawa soon although they have 12 forwards under contract already. I wonder if Boroweicki will be the other Bingo player to be called up. That would hurt Bingo if Benoit is also called up.

Assuming rumors hold, a look at what the B-Sens could be over the next few weeks, I've highlighed those players I think will fit into Ottawa's lineup. This assumes a 23 player roster for Ottawa and no trades are made. My estimation is that there are really only two forward spots to fill and due to injuries to Cowen and Lundin, there are three defensive spots to fill. Plus a backup goalie assuming Anderson is the starter.

Andre Petersson is still injured as far as I know, so this is assuming he was healthy. I would imagine some shuffling will be needed to fill his slot until he is healthy to play.

Ottawa:

Lats-Spezza-Michalek
Silfverberg-Turris-Alfie
Greening-Smith-Regin
Condra-OBrien-Neil
Daugavins
DaCosta

Method-Karlsson
Phillips-Gonchar
Wiercioch-Benoit
Borowiecki

Anderson
Bishop

Injured:

Cowen
Lundin

B-Sens:

Hoffman-Zibanejad-(Petersson)
DD-Grant-Stone
Prince-Pageau-Jessiman
Schnieder-Cannone-Cowick
Hamilton
Peltz
Kramer

Claesson-Gryba
Wideman-Eckford
Blood-New
???

Lehner
Lawson
Chevrie
