I think yes, in my pool we've skipped people after 12 hours on the clock. We only have 5 days left including christmas when people may not be here. The pool commish hasn't been that active either, hasn't even updated the 1st page. Someone has to take control and make sure this gets completed or it's not going to get completed on time.

I say we drop that clock to 6 hours if it's during the day

12 through the night, 6 through the day.

Or just ignore the night(for time limit wise), and say 6 hour limit of hours between 8 AM ET, and 10 PM ET.

I think that if somebody runs out of time to make their pick, they should have to wait for the end of the draft to make their pick. Like after we're done. Snooze ya lose.

Yea that works. I think it would be good to make at least 2 picks each during the day.

I don't agree. If you snooze you lose because you're pick basically gets moved down until you decide to show up.

You shouldn't be penalized that much. The basis behind it is to speed up the draft, that does that as it allows someone else to pick and they can pick when they get here, if you make them wait until the end of the draft then that just makes the draft longer defeating the purpose of speeding up the draft anyway.
