Injuries took care of two cuts.. I'm gonna say Fröberg gets cut next, I liked Sandberg a little more but we'll see. Djoos will be 7th D.

Lindholm did not play in the third, a bit worrying. Forsberg needs to play like he did against USA and Arvidsson HAS to score on one of those chances...my goodness.

I have the feeling that I will be even more frustrated with Forsberg this year...

You just seem overly obnoxious in your Forsberg hate.

Rakell missed on as many chances without generating as many chances as Forsberg did.

He's creating chances. Lots of them.. the goals will go in at some point. He just needs to get one past a goalie before we face the big teams in a possible qf or semi..

well, that post was referred to you as much as to the announcer, the sequence was funny.

But, since you want to go into details.. you wrote:

"Ya, he was outstanding. First look at Elias Lindholm. That dude is good."

i doubt one can make a comment like that off that single play (a goalie's blunder), seems clear you were talking about the whole game, so either you watched the whole game thinking Molin was Lindholm (which would be hilarious and make your judgement really surprising on top of that), or for whatever reason you felt like making up that comment&judgement without actually having watched the game nor having ever watched Lindholm play.

I just remember being this frustrated with him last time I saw him aswell. And his IQ dosnt seem to be that high either, all those failed attempts on the PP and weird decision making...naaw....

Sweden just announced that D Jesper Pettersson suffered dislocated shoulder, fractured wrist in pre-U20 game vs Canada.

He is out of event.

Wouldnt surprise me one bit if a canadian player slashed Elias wrist from the bench or something, hissing "Chicken sweede"

The first part of the quote was referring to Rakell, not Lindholm.

The rest I couldnt give a stale fart about.

Hopefully they took a precaution and kept him off the ice for the third period so he wouldn't be "gunned" down.

So Pettersson is also out of the tournament.

Klefbom, Brodin, Pettersson and counting. Our defence sucks, and our goalies are way worse than the last few years.

Our forwards too.

Might be the worst Swedish team in the last 8-10 years?

It seems like Canada injures a Swedish player in every pre-WJC exhibition game we face them in.
