agreed it was dumb. I think the call was retarded too. Canada vs USA is going to be out of control in 5 minutes.

Highlights from last night's game:

Pesonen scored right after a PP, but they waived it off because the goaltender knocked the post of the moorings. He clearly knocked it off the moorings, but the puck was clearly going in regardless. It's tough to call those, especially not knowing the rules. I could've sworn watching a game, it might've been Devils, when they counted the goal because a defender knocked it off but it would've went in regardless.

So is there any story on Kelly Zajac or DeSimone while at Albany? Just a full roster up there? Because both have played very well in Trenton in limited time. 10 points (7 goals) in 8 combined games.

Well Wedgewood had a good game last night it seems like. 39 saves on 41 shots and 1st star to boot.

For those asking about Adam Larsson, who was helped off ice late in 3rd Saturday in Norfolk, Lou Lamoriello said, "He's fine."

I love Lou as a fan, but I would go nuts if I were in TG`s place. As a writer myself I know these kind of answers very well, but this is just too much.

Kudos to him. lol

I laughed. If they were kidnapped for the next Saw movie he would probably still say they're fine.

Keep thinking about how Marty was fine the couple days after he was injured against Atlanta in 08.

Wedgewood had 29 safes on 30 shots on Thursday while being 2nd star. Played really well from what I could gather from twitter. Didn't play last night though. Apparently quite a ridiculous game. Titans were down 5-1 but fought back to 5-4. There was also penalties galore with lots of fights. The ref apparently lost control of the game and the Titans coach described it as the ref was in "panic mode". Playing each other tonight again, will be the last of three games they're supposed to play successively. Should be an interesting game.

Yeah, he's 4-0-1 his last 5 games. So he's doing pretty good right now.

A full year in the high scoring/no defense ECHL should help break Wedge into pro hockey.

I have high hopes for him, he's a cool cat.

Video is always cool! Yes, Trenton won Thursday 1-2 and yesterday Reading won 5-4. Hope it's a good one tonight for those attending.

Wedge played well thru most of the game. Reading is a much bigger team then Trenton and it showed as the game wore on. Leading 2-0 going into the 3rd Reading came out like gangbusters and continued to pepper Wedge with shots. The 1st goal he was screened pretty good. The 2nd he was partially screened. The 3rd was a good shot, looked high glove side at the corner of the goal. Wedge probably should have had that one. What really lost the game for Trenton was after their first two quick goals in the 1st, they really couldn't create much offense. Kelly Zajac did assist on both goals. And Nagy though he didn't get on the scoresheet was very active on the PK and in the corners on his reg shifts.
