Both Sutter coaches win on the same night. It's a Festivus miracle!!!

Time to hug it out you two. (apparently they still haven't spoken since the firing.)

Just saw this thread.

My roommate and I had a Festivus pole instead of a tree this year.

Had our dinner last night. Will be making it a yearly get together.

Most importantly... what grievances were aired and how were you disappointed this year?

You guys focus too much on the Seinfeld aspects of Festivus!

There was only a brief "airing of grievances" due to me losing my train of thought. There were literally TONS of Festivus miracles though!

Wiki describes Festivus as:

"A holiday celebrated by those frustrated with the commercialism and pressure of other December holidays."

Anyone who doesn't celebrate Festivus based on that is CRAZY! In all reality, it's a great way to get together with friends before we grind out these awkward family times.

We ordered food, had some drinks, and watched the Canucks get dominated by that scary Flames team. Watched "The Strike" episode afterwards of course!

This is the first time I've even heard of Festivus, but I could get behind this.

First time?!?!

Watch Seinfeld. It's the greatest show on TV...or was.
