If we're ranking teams, on this day...

Halifax

BLB
Rimouski
Quebec

Moncton
BC

Drummondville
Rouyn
PEI
I would have Rimouski behind QC.

And there's a gap between QC, Rim and BLB.

For Halifax, I think we play, at most, 8-9 games without at least 1 of our main 3 forwards.. It would all depend on how well their respective teams finished since Nate/Johnny are on TC and Frk is with CzRep.
4 games have been played and Halifax is 4-0 without them!!

6 games left without Frk, Drouin, and MacKinnon.... It's wishful thinking to believe they'll be ready for the road game on the 9th...

The 11th at home seems like a good return date, and it's a big one... Our three, ad BLB's 3 WJC players will be coming back...

Going to Saturday's game against CB. My buddy bought us tickets on like Wednesday or so, honestly thinking we'd be able to snag some lower bowl tickets or at least the lower portion of upper bowl. But all that was left was upper bowl in row U. Pretty crazy how much the demand has grown, considering you used to be able to get walk up tickets the day of.

I went to buy tickets for the lower bowl for 2 seats side by side and they didn't have any and I looked in mid November

The lower bowl is pretty much sold out between season ticket holders and 15 game pack holders.

Merry Christmas Moose Country! Anyone get any Moosehead paraphernalia for Christmas? I got a home Moose home jersey and tickets for the upcoming Moncton and Saint John games.

Ah, fair enough then! Pretty stoked for tomorrow's game. I just realized they're going to be wearing the Nova Scotia jerseys for the rivalry game, should be good.

As for the Moosehead gear/clothes, I actually went into the store last week to get a shirt and all they had in L was Frk. Drouin and Fucale in like XXL, not getting any new shirts until mid-January the girl said.

Don't get me started on the store! What is it with not being open weekends, ESPECIALLY around the Holidays? Lets only be open during the week while people are working.

A good win in the battle of Nova Scotia. Dominic Beauchemin has really stepped up his game and is now on a 6 game point streak. Nice to see Konrad back from injury too.

Yeah really eh. I'm going in before the game tonight and HOPING they have new shirts. I leave the city for good next week and would really like a decent shirt to wear back in Toronto.

What a game. Sellout crowd for the Battle of Nova Scotia and to make things better Halifax controled the play the whole game

This team hasn't missed a beat even with our big 3 forwards away. Impressive showing from the Moose.

Hi guys.

This popped up on Twitter.

@coreypronman I'm dead serious when I say this, Frk may the hardest shooter I've seen in 13 years covering the Q. Chad Denny was close.
What do you think? True, somewhat true, nowhere close, useless hype?

It's the hardest shot I've seen at the Metro Center the past 3 years. I'm sure other guys can drill it but Palov is a pretty reliable guy for Q info.

I played pickup with the kid for the majority of the summer and he has a BULLET. Ive played with guys playing AUS and in the AHL and I have never seen a shot like his. Competitor too, guy loves to score ..playing pickup and he'll go bar down 15 times like hes trying to win the cup lol

Its a shame you feel that way, the players like us, the organization pays us, the newspaper had us on the front page 3 seperate times along with an article dedicated to us and we gained 1000 twitter followers during the playoff run. Lighten up big fella

It has nothing to do with "lightening up"...

For me personally, I go to the games to watch hockey and couldn't care less about any of these extra distractions. It's not entertaining to me. The game is what is entertaining... it's what I spend my money on to see.

So I echo LeafDangler's position of "that's unfortunate". I really don't care who likes you or how many newspapers you were in or how many twitter followers you have. Your sthick doesn't entertain me and it takes away from the game itself.

I don't have a problem with them... They're not distracting, if you don't like them, don't look at them.

I like the people in section 1 in last years playoffs... I think they had suits on, and created a good atmosphere... If they (and the morphmen) can do that this spring then great.
