Not sure if these icetimes are correct though. Djoos played like he does in the SEL, completely invisible, in a good way. He is very calm and rarely makes huge mistakes unlike many other D of his age. His offensive game will come with more experience because he has those qualities as well.
That should be 7:59 total based on the per period breakdown, making for the lowest on the team. A 2:19 avg. shift length would be pretttty bad.
Forsberg had a number of prime scoring chance but his shot was off. His two hits on Galchenyuk in one OT shift might have been the highlight of his game.
Hudon injured for Canada, McNeill gets the call as a replacement.
This whole Boone Jenner ordeal reminds me when Isangulov rocked him and afterward Kuznetsov was talking to him and Jenner speared him and got kicked out of the game.
Barber survives the cut, though he may end up the 13th forward. Given the result against Finland I'd think the US schedules a spirited set of practices before Thursday. Their checking line is the only one that was consistently good in the two pre-tourney games.
The three Swedish D injuries paves the way for Djoos making the cut.

If they had brought over Kerdiles or a few others I'm not sure he makes it but it makes sense considering they only needed to make one cut up front (Matteau) and don't have tremendous forward depth. He didn't look overly comfortable against SWE or FIN but with RUS & CAN in their pool they can use at least his potential for production if he is their 13th forward.
Russia will roster 11F+9D and yet they cut Zadorov. Pretty curious.
Filip Forsberg will captain Team Sweden in his second World Juniors. Drafted 11th overall by the Washing Capitals, Forsberg recorded an assist in six games in last year's tournament and has 17 points in 43 games this year with Leksand of the Swedish Elite League.
He started off a bit sketchy but as the game progressed he looked much more comfortable with the puck & hopefully his goal will give him the confidence to bag some more
