Seth Jones loves that cross ice pass from the blueline with a guy in his face. Then I look on the bench and see he's getting advice from Phil Housely.

Makes sense.

And agreed. Every time I've watched Miller I've been underwhelmed. Thankfully all reports out of Hartford lately is that he's turning it on and becoming a very important piece to the Whale.

Still can't believe that before the lockout happened posters were penciling him in to the teams third line on opening night

Miller not having a great game IMO. Surroundings (Grimaldi especially) and himself are a bit off it seems. No big deal though. Wanna see him in a tighter game with a more physical character to it. Should suit him better imo. This is like public skating at times.

I don't think Miller has had a terrible game. Just think the bar has been set too high for a kid who isn't an offensive catalyst. Makes good plays with the body, but questionable decisions with the puck. Once in a while he makes a play that makes you think he has more offensive upside, but they're too few and far between, IMO.

JT Miller!

Got a break away and deked the goalie into the stands to buy a hotdog.

If the score stays, they win by a larger margin than Canada.

Miller's had solid play. I'm looking away from the puck and his reads. Smart kid.

I'm starting to feel bad for the German goalie. This can't be fun for him.
