Palmieri has looked pretty solid every time I've watched him with the Aeros. NHL potential is there...

He has to prove it at the NHL level though..we gave him a pretty good look and he did nothing with it.

Guy like that has to make it happen fast with all the young kids coming up..his window to get his foot in the NHL door is closing

Oh, i know. The reason the Devils were ready to part with him is because they were tired of waiting for him to "get it" at the NHL level when he was clearly competent on the lower tier. He hasn't had enough chance to fail yet here for me to get down on him, so I remain guardedly optimistic. At the very least his presence should motivate some of the other prospects into staying 100% engaged in play.
