So, Finland has number CHL players like Slovakian team. And We had worst start to the tournament from this threesome.
I don't think that it's about CHL of course. We'll see what our guys can enhance to the next game. We need solve our discipline for sure, better chemistry and teamwork.

I believe that was a very poor attempt at sarcasm, (CHL>>other leagues) where as every one knows, playing against grown men in key roles like the Finnish players>>CHL.

I detect fake sarcasm, but CHL is a junior league, majority of Finnish players are playing v.s men. Obviously the players playing a regular shift with men would have a greater advantage.
The Czech's has impressive garrison of talented forwards. I have no clue how this is going to end, but i would imagine now is the right time to strike team Finland. Mainly because we lost Aaltonen and had to change two lines because of that.
Czech team seem to have that sleeper potential and im a bit worried about that.

Its not like CHL is some "god league" like NHL is, where eveyone would try to go. Do finnish juniors even try to get in the CHL as main goal? Probably no, CHL is not the big deal in players career. What's up with this CHL thing? I think it was the Latvian coach, when asked to say whats the strongest point of the finnish team. He pointed out that they have some CHL players and I laughed my ass of, I thought that was a joke..

I'd say talentwise, both teams have a fair chance, maybe Finland with the edge. However, the Czech team still has quite a handful of junior players with them whereas the Finns have a full squad playing professionally among grown men. It should create the necessary difference. I don't expect an easy game and won't say the Czechs have no chance, but I'll be visibly disappointed if Finland doesn't win.

That Latvian coach hadn't obviously done his homework. Finland has a grand total of one CHL player in their roster, Määttä. The rest are SM-liiga regulars, and playing in visible roles, nonetheless. Of course, Määttä is supposed to be our best D-man so I guess that makes CHL a tougher league than SM-liiga...
Okay, Laurikainen is another CHL player, so I guess the Latvian coach figured the Canadian junior system has given him some mad hatch-opening skillz which made all the difference for us.
