Eriksson scored and assisted twice in a 5-2 win over Zug.

Anybody gonna be watching the Canada Davos game? Loui is gonna be playing for Davos, although i'm more excited to watch Brunner play for the first time since I first heard about him last year.

I'll be watching if there's a stream. It sounds pretty cool. I just hope it's not a 3AM start time. Will Loui be playing with Joe Thorton?

The game started 45 minutes ago, there is 4 minutes left in the 1st.
And no Loui is on the second line, not sure who he's playing with.

No points and -1 in a poor 6-2 road loss for Nystrom and the Oilers.

Still his stats look good 3 games 4 goals 4 assists. But for the team it's 1 win, one shootout loss and one loss with Nystrom in the lineup.

Loui just scored a beautiful goal for Davos to give them a 2-1 lead early in the first in a must win game

Two new home games for Nystrom and the Oilers, both victories.

7-1 over Stjernen (Nystrom - 4 assists)

6-2 over Storhamar (Nystrom - 2 assists)

His stats so far:

5 games, 4 goals, 10 assist, 14 points, +10, PIM 6.

Did he just pick a good team, or is he really dominating over there (or some combination of both, most likely)?

Both. Also he was playing on a line with Tore Vikingstad, one of the best Norwegian players ever.

They played again yesterday, no Vikingstad (out with a bad back), and beat Lillehammer 3-0. No points for Nystrom.

And as the lockout has now ended we have to say goodbye to Nystrom. He's been a fantastic representative for the NHL. Very professional on and off the ice. He answers everyone on Twitter, signs autographs and while he was waiting for his work visa he was on the ice with the young kids (10-12 years old) coaching their practices while the Oilers were on the road.

There are many new Dallas Stars fans in the Stavanger area now after Eric's month long visit.

Yeah, Nystrom is a great guy. Glad to hear his time in Norway was well spent.

Thor Vikingstad would be one of the coolest names ever, but he could never miss a game with a bad back. That would be like Superman calling in with a stiff neck or the sniffles. It would take at least one missing limb, probably two, for Thor Vikingstad to ever miss a game.
