When I saw the Sweden game, i thought he was the best player for the U.S.
Now against germany I see him as one of the best players on the U.S. and the best offensive D man and really its not close. This guy is someone to get excited for , for sure.
I was listening to the Germany and US game on my Sirius/XM radio and it "sounded" like Ghost was anything but a phantom on the ice. Seemed pretty active and involved. Would have liked to have caught the game on TV.
Hopefully, Ghost is legit and we actually have ourselves a solid D prospect.
Bettman doesn't like us enough to let us get the 2nd overall pick
If Seth Jones ends up anywhere but a large American city, this league is run by a bunch of monkeys. Yes, I am saying fix the draft and keep him out of Canada at all costs.
how do u guys think Ghost will hold up against the skillful forward core of Russia tomorrow
He can skate with them, that's for sure. He just has to watch out for mistakes (he can be turnover prone and make bad dzone mistakes).
He's not awful defensively, but he's not great either. Average sounds about right. But his bread and butter is his transition and offensive game. He can skate out of trouble and get the puck up ice quick, and QB the PP.
Hopefully he just limits those mistakes tomorrow and plays like he did against Germany.

I pretty much fully agree with this, but to add to it, I think he's very weak on the boards. Now, I think he was actually one of the better defensemen against Germany, but it's hard to get a good idea of his play from such a game.
