Send Peat down.

Peat hasn't done much this season for me to say he deserves a spot on this team. He's nasty when the game is tied or we're winning.

He should be taking a note of how Berry has been playing. I like his edgyness right now.

I'd rather see someone link Mink get 5 games here right now. At least he's more skilled.

Let me give credit where credit is due

Peat must have read my post. He fought Mccalister down 1-0 and schooled the much bigger guy. It tip my cap.

yea, woopie. no offense, but peat holding his own in tonight's scheduled goon go does little to improve my outlook on this fast fading season.

tell me again what the value of a fight on the face off is worth?

It tells me that someone on the team at least cared enough to start a scrap. Other than that....not much else.

How much caring went into that? Peat is a fighter. He sets on up next to another fighter on a face off set up and fight. lots of work went into that. a solid body check to an actual hockey player would have been nice.

My whole point was that when we're getting our a$$es handed to us, Peat doesn't fight. When we're winning he usually does. That's all. I know you're pissed about the season, it's been obvious in the tone of most of your posts lately, but come on.

Winning doesn't just happen. You have to want to fight for victories. Nobody's handing them to us these days.

Peat's doing his job. There's plenty more players on the roster who aren't. Many more players on the roster who deserve threads calling them out.

By starting this thread. At least we're talking hockey. Nobody else is starting much here so why not?

I'd love to hear Marshall explain since when has Peat been doing his job?

Is he out there kicking ass every game we lose? That's what I expect when we get killed. What happened to sending a message to the other team Marshall?

I see you've thrown in the towel this season. I'll continue to hope for a turnaround.

no towel thrown in. just questioning the value of peat sending the same ole message to a fighter on the other team.
