I believe this says it, with the broken English it is kind of confusing to understand. The guy who I had talked to said he didn't want to come over until he's 22, so he figured a team will likely pick him with a mid to late round pick in the 14 draft. He must have said something to have all the teams pass on him last year.
Damn! I'd still figure someone would throw a late pick just to nab him when he's ready to come over. Better be safe than sorry.

Petan is having a very good season. He will most likely move up my rankings by year's end.

I think someone will this summer. I was pretty sad when Edmonton didn't last year, I've been pretty high on him for a while now. He's an atypical Russian forward, really solid two way guy with some size too. I think he could make a good second liner in the NHL one day.

Thoughts? Who did I rank too high? Who did I rank too low? Were there any players I omitted that should be on the list?

Are you the same person who thought that Latvia is a better team than Slovakia?

Boy, you should have put Lazar back in top 10.

Why is Subban ranked at #63? Tell me how did you judge his talent?

Gauthier, Lipon and Slepshev should be ranked a bit higher other than that very conservative.

Agree on Gauthier. Lipon should not be higher,he even should be a bit lower. If you watch Cananda at the WJC you see that he is not that special. Slepyshev also definitely is not too low. He got passed over last draft and i do not see any big improve in his game. I still think he will be drafted, but in the 3rd or 4th round

He's playing very impressive, as well, however I still have a small gut feeling he might not pan out like most would like him to. Here's to hoping he completely wipes out any doubt I have in the 2nd half of the year. If he keeps this pace up, he will easily move up - possibly into my top 10 by year's end.

The next time I do a Top 90 will likely be right before the draft after the players have gone through the combine and all.

Gauthier could be a few spots higher (it's all personal preference), but Lipon shouldn't really be any lower I think. He is being a bit overshadowed by the insane talent that Canada has on its roster. Not saying that it gives him an excuse not to shine in this tournament, but the biggest guns are the ones scoring most of the goals anyways. Not really a need for him to be THE player to play better than the rest. He's doing his job on the ice, albeit his penalty that cost him a game suspension was extremely stupid of him to take...

28. Madison Bowey – D, Owen Sound Attack, OHL

Sorry for being "that guy" but Bowey plays for the Kelowna Rockets. Probably just a mistake.

I like the list though.

For whatever reason I was looking at Chris Bigras at the same time and copied his team and league instead. Thanks for pointing that out. Fixed.
