Least Favorite: Boston, Southern US, Australia
Just as an aside, how many people have heard the stereotypical "Canadian" accent. That really slow speech with pronunciations such as "aboot" or "aboat". I've lived in Canada for 21 years and never met anyone who speaks like that. Basically everyone I've met has had what most people refer to as "general American" accent.

You mean this?

Spaniards. Hate it so much. It seriously sounds like they have a ball sack in their mouth.
Not sure what you mean. My wife and her family are Spanish and I spend a lot of time around the Spanish community in Montreal. Doesn't sound like anything like what you described.

Both Irish and Scottish are hard to understand. Heaps of times when we get drunk we'll talk to random people with those accents. Good times.
Something about American accents that rubs me the wrong way.
Could be since American accents are so prevalent in entertainment/media so you hear it more often. I enjoy Aussie accents, but if I had to sit through every movie hearing Aussies I'd probably hate the accent the most
Which one? Morningside accents sound posher than the poshest English one but a Niddrie accent is even more common than a Glaswegian one. The majority of Edinburgh accents are nice, though.
The Aberdonian area is incredibly hard to understand, especially those fae Peterhead, ye ken?
I instantly fall a bit in love with any girl from the Western Isles (Stornoway is the best). Orkney has a great accent too.
I like most foreign accents, but Scouse, posh English and cockney are all horrible for various reasons.
And posh English isn't from London. It's from nowhere. It's a made up boarding school accent.
