Hasn't Montreal already made his two trades?

confirmed.
i'm over the limit but this is one of those players i signed unwittingly, to the detriment of the rest of the league because you guys can't sign them to cover for injuries (as DBridge is doing here)
he's signed for just a year, and a 7th round pick is the equivalent of me getting nothing, so basically TBay signs Gervais by proxy thanks to this deal.

As I understand it, this is a glorified waiver deal.
MTL shouldn't have the players he does in the minors--but EA waivers create too many problems, so he had said that depth vets were available for 7th round picks.

Hey now, Bruno Gervais scored a crucial power play goal in a one goal win. And with Matt Carle and Andrei Markov out for the year...yeah, I needed all the help I could get.

Yandle is unfortunately being shopped. Simply can't afford him and give the looming HUGE raises to my core players.
I'm looking strictly for futures. Yandle is an 83 overall but he's one of the better PMD in the league and he's been huge in my possession game. I can't score with my dmen for some reason but Yandle has filthy offensive stats, amazing skating, and is still a #1/2 Dman on almost every team in this league.

I anticipated Markov, but Carle hurts. By the way, Rene Bourque: 48 points in 40 games.

Bourque is so beastly in NHL13. Guessing Champs wishes he was half as good as that in the real NHL.

Nikita Filatov's rights will be available before the resigning period this offseason.
He is a RFA at the end of this season.
I have plenty of depth at LW, and need to get rid of some money.
Will package him + my 1st to move up in draft (only top 5 interests me), or move him + another player for a top 4 defenceman.

Yeah to be honest I kind of regret trading Bourque but I love Vinny and Cole/Pac do Bourque's job. Brewer allowed me to get Ehrhoff so... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Hossa has stated that if the
do not make the playoffs this year, he will be requesting a trade to a contender.

Howard and Roy will be otb this offseason, Howard has likely played his final game for me, and it's time for someone new to come in.

I'd be a happy man if I could move Bryzgalov. Also considering moving the following as I have a nice little surplus of C's.
Anisimov
B. Schenn
Giroux is borderline available
I would move Simmonds, but I'd probably be looking to move him for a LW.
Biggest need is probably a top 4 dman, looking for someone with good speed, decent hitting, something akin to a Subban, Phaneuf, etc.

he was a free agent with good potential so i signed him then he jumped to a 77 with 90ish defensive awareness!
pleasant depth surprise
