2008 Sun Bowl.
Oregon State: 3
Pittsburgh: 0

This wasn't even the field turning to total **** like that Steelers game, there just simply was no excuse here.

I legitimately questioned my fandom after that game, I almost thought it was no longer worth it (the one and only time I did it btw). What an awful game, Iowa taking two safetys because they didn't even feel threatened of PSU kicking a field goal.
That game is defientley on my top 5 in terms of college games watched. A few years ago Auburn beat Mississippi State 3-2 .

I was on a beach in San Diego while this game took place, so I didnt see it. But when one team has less than 100 yards of offense and doesnt cross midfield, that is just bad football .

I remember the first week of the season they almost beat the Utah team that went undefeated that year.

I forgot to mention his game, I watched it. It was terrible. Pitt had Shady McCoy too.

Yep, figured that game between Quiz Rogers and Shady was going to be an offensive showdown of which teams running game was better. What we got can only be described as something that needed to be covered in the Geneva Convention.

8-0 actually. And that game was actually watchable because of the snow.

The Bills/Browns game ened 8-0, but it was not a terrible game because it was a snow storm and thus makes it amazing

Came here to say this. I am a massive Dolphins fan, but on top of that game having NOTHING to cheer for, besides the ball after a punt just landing in the grass and staying there, Tony Kornheiser was blowing his crap about how bad the Dolphins were the entire ****ing game, i nearly wanted to punch a hole into my TV when they would show the broadcast crew.

I actually watched most of this game. And it was bad. If you're Pitt, El Paso is a long way to go in a less-than-glamorous place to lose a game like that.

This may have been worse. I remember being on here rooting for a tie because both teams were garbage and no one deserved to win. I went to the Flyers game that night for more ridiculous laughs.

I'm guessing most poster didn't see this game, deserves strong strong consideration. Most of these NFL games being mentioned were terrible games with good to decent players which is more than you can say about some of these NCAA games

The Auburn Oregon national championship. Every play was jet sweep zone read. Yawn.

That's why both QBs didn't throw for over 250 yards and didn't have 30+ passing attempts and its why the WRs for both teams had multiple carries that the jet sweep read option would have inevitably produced running such a play so many times. Oh wait, no it's not.

You mean he actually talked about a game instead of his fantasy football teams?

Yeah that was an odd game, that was similar to the Wisconsin game in that Michigan's many mistakes somehow didn't transate to points scored for the other team and Rich Rod's offense worked a few times to get scores. A lot of that had to do with the Michigan defense actually being pretty good that year.

But that doesn't mean those games were pretty, in fact one of the many reasons I consider Bielema an idiot is his inability to win that game.

Whatever, it's called hyperbole. I have no desire to watch that spread motion crap that's taken over college football.

During the last lockout I watched every NFL game shown over here, the Bears-49ers stands out as really terrible. Pretty sure it was a Sunday night game. Craig Krenzel and Ken Dorsey were the QBs. It was absolutely dire.

I've seen plenty of games on TV that have been ******, but live it's one of two games. Depending on how I define worst.

In the early 00's I saw the Giants beat Seattle 9-6. Yes we won, but that was boring as ****.

But the alltime worst game I saw live was when Giants blew that huge 4th quarter lead against the Eagles, when Desean Jackson ran back that punt. I've never felt that before. I remember mid return getting up and starting to walk away, that sucked.

They are always terrible and boring as ****. According to SEC fans, that's the way football is supposed to be played, as a cure for insomnia.

In like 1997, Ditka's first year with the Saints, they went to Chicago for a SNF game, and both teams were terrible, but, you know...it wasn't often that the Saints were on TV in those days, so I had to watch it. Freaken Heath Shuler was the QB
^
Rick Mirer was starting for Bears

Shuler looked like Marino in comparision to Mirer ,, At least Shuler threw a TD as a Saint and didn't cost your franchise a 1st round pick

This is the game I was thinking of when I brought up the snow game. I was saying to myself was the game Derek Anderson went 2-17 and Cleveland won that game in the snow?

I remember watching the Jets/Redskins in 93..despite 210 yards rushing the Jets won 3-0. Horrible game.

2011:

Michigan St: 10
Ohio State: 7

Worst Ohio State game I've ever seen.
