There's a good chance Shad Khan fires Gene Smith on Monday too.

I think it'll depend on who they hire to replace Gene. A lot of times a new GM wants his own hand picked guys, so we'll see.

I wouldn't be the least bit shocked if Mike Munchak got the ax in Nashville.

Turner/Smith and Reid might get fired quicker than Tice did in '05.

I wouldn't be surprised if Schwartz is fired.

Schwartz wont get fired. No other coach can run the "pass to Calvin Johnson with a sidearm throw" offense like he can

Sounds like he's not going anywhere. Bud Adams loves Munchak. That could turn into a Matt Millen situation.

Well Shurmur and Crennel are dead men walking already, and I can't see Turner or Reid escaping this season. You've got a strong push in Jacksonville and Buffalo, and even NYJ, Carolina, Tennessee, Arizona, Chicago and Detroit could all be open so I'm going way over. I predict the first 6 getting axed and everyone else getting another year.

Agreed, there will be at least 5.
And again, the Lions just extended Schwartz before the season until like 2015. I doubt he's getting fired.

If Ryan gets axed I hope the Chiefs snag him up. I think the problems with the Jets offence are a lot more personnel related than coaching related.

Jacksonville will fire GM Gene Smith, per sources. Two GM candidates in Jacksonville will be Cardinals' Jason Licht and 49ers' Tom Gamble.
Brass sack Jacksonville GM Smith

Got to admit it must have been hard to be the GM of Jacksonville while trying to be an athletic director at a major college program

Just for clarity's sake, Reid is not going to be fired. It's going to be a "mutual parting of ways."

Simple answer to their offensive problems : Fire Sporano
He was terrible in Miami, and now he's terrible in New York.

Funny that is what everyone said about Schotenheimer
I think Sanchez is the problem with Jets offense ,, As long as he is around they aren't going anywhere

I really don't care about the Jets, I'm a Dolphins fan. I would love the Jets to lose every game of the season. Sporano was bad for the Dolphins, and it's shown in NY that he is not NFL worthy.

Vikings fired Clueless less than a year after extending him to like 2014.
Granted, the Vikings were a bigger train wreck at the time than the Lions are now the extension was undeserved to begin with.

If the GM goes, the teams might hold off on firing the coaches until there's a new GM in place. That's what happened in Indy last year, even though Caldwell clearly deserved to get axed.
