Callahan Takes 4 Awards at Guelph Banquet

Ryan Callahan took home 4 awards at the Guelph Storm's season-ending banquet on Sunday night. He was given the Leadership Award; the Top Scorer Award; the 3 Star Player Award (he had 84 "three star" points, which are given any time he was named as either first, second or third star in a game), and also was named the Most Popular Player (as voted on by the Storm fans).

I hope the trend continues with the Rangers and Pack in the future.

Callahan won the MVP award last year but contributed even more to the team's success this year. The MVP went to their goalie, ryan mcdonald. The MVP could have gone to either one of them but it was good that mcdonald was recognized with at least one award. It could have been split between the two. The team would never have gone as far as they did without Callahan
