Was this the last we saw of Tony Romo in Dallas? I doubt they'll ever win anything with him and what's the point in being average.

Media: "We feel for Tony Romo"

We don't

We mock and deride and giggle

No one feels sympathy for him at all

Go leave Dallas and head out to the Jets where the storm will be even worse should you fail

It was nice for most of the games to have some sort of implication for the playoffs in the last week.

This could not be any more true. I was not suprised in the slightest when Romo threw that last pick. Could not be any more happier with the outcome.

Jets might be a fit for Romo. Dallas has to keep him, tho. Would be thrilled to see Sanchize or Tbo in Dallas. lol

The offweek will do wonders for the banged up 49ers.

Vikings came up big for SF today. Congrats to them.

They wouldn't have had a chance without him. 4900 yards 28 TDs and 19 ints are not the best ever but not horrible

Lets also remember Dallas has one of the worst O-lines in the NFL and no running game.

Romo can inflate his stats because he throws it 50 times a game, but it also leads to his inflated INT and sack numbers because everyone in the building knows he's chucking it up every down.

He's both the most over and under-rated player in the NFL.

I've defended him in the past, and I think he's generally a pretty good quarterback. Yes, he has his games where he can't stop throwing to the other team, but more times than not he's the reason the Cowboys are in games, not out of them. Let's not forget he's been in the top ten in passer rating and touchdowns every single year he's started in Dallas.

He's not even a traditional choker, per se. His stats in the fourth quarter have generally been very good throughout his career, it's just that there's always one late game where he has to come through, and that game normally ends up as his worst game of the year. He was horrible tonight, and officially solidified his choker reputation beyond a shadow of a doubt.

In my mind he'll be the QB in dallas for the rest of his useful career. I think that the Cowboys can win with him at the helm, they just need to be a team that doesn't depend on him to throw it up 40 times a game like they have been since 2007.

Actually I have kind of tempered on Schiano. They won 5 straight but came down to Earth. They did an okay job but let's see what happens next year

Romo won't win in Dallas period

Has to go somewhere else to get that ring

The thing is Dallas has always been built on a shaky house of cards, designed by Jerry Jones himself. Years of ignoring the O Line and drafting "flashy" have cost the Cowboys

Although I will say the Dez Bryant pick isn't a bust

The problem with Romo is that he's pretty good but he's not so good that you can just keep defering to him and expect it to work out.

He's a poor man's Brett Favre and if you had a graph between "bad choices, bad plays" and "crazy, good plays" there'd be a line and Romo would be just a bit underneath the line from where you'd remember more of the good than the bad.

It's not his fault really, it's Dallas's fault for nevertheless trying to build a team around him.

MT @NBCSportsPR Redskins/Cowboys game drew 18.3 overnight rating, 30 share, best ever for a primetime reg-season gm on NBC.

Trindon Holiday went 16-0, could be the first player to go 19-0. Tebow of kick returns, etc.
