Since when is making 88% of your field goals not good? Coming into yesterday he had only missed one FG. Lindell is criminally underrated by bills fans.

Going into next year with Fitz and a 3rd round QB is a recipe for a 14th straight season missing the playoffs.

Thats fine, the pieces will all be in place for the season after, not worth wasting a high draft pick in this draft class on a QB and not worth signing a free agent QB to a big contract this year, the options at QB will likely be better next off season and whoever we get can step in to a great team

Murray, Jones or Wilson will be around late 1st-early 2nd and should be who we target. Hopefully one of Manti Te'o or Jarvis Jones makes it to us at 8 but I have my doubts.

It's a blue collar mentality here and requires a player with a particular upbringing to succeed.

If Gailey goes, Nix goes. They came in together, why should one get to out live the other?

I know theres no fans for it but I would like to see what Fitz could do with another head coach who was competent and utilized Spiller to the maximum amount of touches. I'm not saying I think significant improvement but I think he could be worthy more than Gailey sabotaged him at times.

when has Lindell made a clutch Fg? He can't even make 50 yarders regularly. 88% isn't that impressive when all your attempts are from under 45 yards. Lindell is garbage. Oh whats your view on his pathetic kick offs that can't even make it to the end zone Lindell sucks end of story. Get the lame losers out, if Moormans gone then Lindell needs to go also.

Looking at where the bills are sitting now (#8) I think we're going to miss out on T'eo and Jones. I really think if that scenario unfolds you look to trade down. St. Louis has a couple of first round picks and might covet someone available at our pick. If they don't like the offers they get for our pick Milliner could be an option at our pick. He's the best available cb in the draft and he and gilmore could be a great combo.
Count me in the group that wouldn't mind if Lindell weren't on the team next year. He's accurate but he's got a weak leg.

He makes clutch kicks all the time. Nobody remembers them because Bills fans have very selective (negative) memory. They also don't play in important games late in the seasons.

I honestly couldn't care less about his kickoffs.

A new head coach isn't going to help Fit'z inaccuracy or lack of arm strength.

St Louis has too many holes to package two first round picks to move up.

The Rams made the deal with the Redskins so that they could accumulate 1st rounders to patch up their roster. If, one year after acquiring that package for RG3, they turned around and moved several picks to move up in the 1st, I think they'd be a laughingstock. I think holding on to those picks and/or acquiring even more is the Rams' strategy; not moving them to have fewer picks.

Great! Now what...

I'm not expecting much to come from this given our recent string of head coaching hires...

Just glad we didn't have to wait two weeks for a decision. Not that my hopes are high for his replacement.

I know a lot of people are scared of retreads, but what about Lovie Smith?

While the defense would probably be better, he's a terrible offensive coach. I like him, but pass.

Your probably right, was just looking at the draft order and noticed St. Louis had the 2 first round picks. It would certainly make more sense for them to keep both draft picks given their numerous needs, but who knows what players they may covet in this draft. I still think the bills should shop the pick if those 2 guys are off the board though.

Lovie Smith would be a good choice IMO. He's won a superbowl, he could do wonders for this defense, and he's coming off a 10-6 season.

Lovie Smith or Andy Reid please. Or Brian Billick.

All proven they can lead a team to a consistent winning record.

No more retreads please. I'd sell my soul to get Chip Kelly.

The bills need to take a shot on somebody new, with a more aggressive philosophy and mind-set. Just recycling the NFL's rif-raff isn't working for them.
