Nice! Surprising win over Finland I would say. You aren't the only guy with 7 skaters though. Lakai lost Aaltonen to injury although he did put up 3 points.

Haha. I was looking at the draft after it was complete and I was kicking myself for picking Granlund before Barkov. We'll see how it plays out.

Ugh. Between that and injuries, I'm down to 1 dman in both my pools

Yeah the tricky thing is predicting which goalies start and its very hard to foresee injuries suspensions or cuts

It looks like Jukon is in the lead with 18 points really in the tournament very tight though

I'll update the standings right away with everyone that has updated their teams.

Edit: they are updated. Jukon, remember to put your points into the total points column.

My whole team is under performing for me. Tanner Richard (last pick from SUI) and Mikael Vikstrand (Sweden d-man) are my top point getters over Yakupov, Barkov, Karlsson, Murphy. Richard and Vikstrand actually have more points together than the rest of my team combined...lol

I really thought Binnington would start. I knew not to trust Spott and I went ahead anyways. I think we would be better off with him in net though...please prove me wrong Subban.

6 points alone from my defenceman so far, hopefully they'll keep contributing for the loss of Aaltonen. My Russian picks should hit the scoresheet tomorrow.

Hey so Harrington was awarded the cape after yesterday's game. That should be worth a point right?

Heres a question on the rules, in the game against Switzerland, Sweden played Lassinati the whole game but then put Lundstrom in for the shootout. Which goalie gets the win? I'm assuming Lassanati just don't want to miss out on any points seeing how I need all I can get right now.

I know it was a tie when Lassanati left the game so technically he didn't get the win. However, I don't think you can give it to Lundstrom because then it would have been more beneficial for Lassanati to lose in OT and get 1 point for the pool. Lassanati started the game and played 65 minutes. In my opinion he deserves the points.

We could give it to Lassanati and put an asterisk beside the Lassanati win and if at the end it is the difference between winning and losing we can talk about it then?

Not having a starting goalie is really hurting right now.

I hear ya. I'm probably going to lose the C pool because of it.

Also, up to 33 points now despite missing Lindholm and Bengtsson!

Any advice on the Finland/Sweden game? Sweden won and both Lassinantti and Lundstrom played.

I have two ideas
Either the goalie that finishes the game on the ice gets the win
Or the goalie with more time on ice gets the win
