I know it's been quiet around here with the lockout dragging on, but I wanted to take a minute to wish you a Happy New Year. It's been great talking puck with you and it was awesome that were all able to celebrate the Kings first Stanley Cup championship together.

The Kings are the 2012 Stanley Cup Champions! I never thought that would've come true back on December 31, 2011. What a team!!!
I miss Hockey Night in Canada, watching all the Kings games and Darryl Sutter's sense of humor. Hopefully 2013 will bring back an NHL that can quickly and effectively overcome the damages caused by its senseless penchant for self destruction.
Happy New Year everyone. Despite the lockout, I doubt any of us could have asked for a better 2012 as far as the Kings are concerned. Here's to an even better 2013 and 2014, should we have to wait that long for more royal puck! Best wishes.
