1. No more double advances IMO, we're too close to the end of the season (I only have 12 games left)

2. I am done this block

3. My 2 backups have played 12 games, have 8 decision between them but have only played 550 minutes. Price was injured for a few games and I've been making sure to play them aside from that. Yet Price still already has 63 games played with 12 remaining(?).

So price got injured during games, and one or the other back-up came in. Seems pretty straightforward.

Just be sure to sit Price for at least 9 of the last 12, right?

EDIT: wait, he was only injured once? That is a bit weird then, unless you changed manually during games?

Well, it's almost that time of year again fellas, dat playoff push!

Here are the projections for this year. Remember, things could change a bit based on the outcome of games between teams battling for playoff position , however last year the cutoff was right on money with the projection around the same time, so it should be pretty damn accurate.

Projected point cutoff required to make the playoffs:

Eastern conference = 95 points
Western conference = 95 points

Records team will need to maintain to make the playoffs:

EASTERN CONFERENCE:
TB = clinched
WSH = clinched
NYR = 1-10
OTT = 3-10
NYI = 5-7
CAR = 5-5
PHI = 6-6
FLA = 7-5
MTL = 7-4
BUF = 8-4
NJ = 10-1

WESTERN CONFERENCE:
VAN = 1-12
CHI = 2-8
CGY = 2-10
PHX = 4-8
STL = 4-8
MIN = 5-7
COL = 5-6
DAL = 7-4
DET = 7-4

Good luck boys!

I don't know if I'm going to have time to play anymore. I've been on vacation the past week but my Xbox LIVE expired and I'm not sure if I'm going to bother renewing it anytime soon. I'm going to have a busy schedule in 2013. I think you should go ahead and give my team away to someone else.

Thanks for creating such an awesome league, goodbye and good luck everybody.

Can anyone explain to me how the hell this doesn't count as a goal?

http://www.easports.com/media/play/video/147256249

I was close to flipping my **** because both Boedker and Eberle got injured that game. Thankfully neither of them are out for any length of time.

I assume Buffalo is still playable too?

What about New Jersey? If Chess is leaving (and I'm sad to see this--these were my favorite games in this league so far), it might make sense to wait until the start of next season to put in a replacement, right?

Yeah, I still have Buffalo and NJ on my schedule. Last game against Buffalo I won 9-3, lol. Luke Schenn flew like the wind past Stannek for a breakaway goal.

Just wondering if I should play these guys, obviously I'll wait till the last day.

Wow, I never put more than 4-5 in against the CPU. Usually, I win like 3-1--with one EN goal.

I know it is selfish, but I'm hoping for a bit of clarification today on who is playable, given all the turnover. I assumed Buffalo was because he hasn't had a working game in well over a week, but I didn't know what the plan was with NJD.

As I mentioned before, today is the last day I can play until the end of the regular season (assuming this window runs through Friday night, and the last one runs through Monday night). I'd like to get as m any games in as possible--whether against humans or CPUs (where appropriate).

I would say you should play them. Only because it would suck if those teams are left as CPU's and your games end up simmed, you could end up with a crappy injury basically heading into playoffs. Just my opinion.
