Alright boys the streak may be over. Gather yourself up and dont dwell on it or we are gonna lose more. Lets start another winning streak. Maybe 25 is still doable.
Actually this could have come at good time however to prove that we are not invincible and could use some help towards the trade deadline. Still would have preferred we got 25 wins though....
Funny, I was at the game New Year's Eve and thought the streak was over, and the Knights pulled out a win. Tonight after the first, and when the Knights scored their fifth goal I thought the streak was alive, and then they lose. Great game by Goldobin and the Sting. All good things must end, Knights will only get better with Mermis, Harrington and Maatta back in the lineup.
49 points in 25 games, that is impressive as hell! if London didnt even play their first 15 games they would be tied for second overall 4 points out of first. Other teams fans can talk all they want, they all have a lot of catching up to do! Congrats Boys, You did something pretty special, no one can take that away!
Cant be to upset with one loss I guess just kind of ****** how it happened. Kudos to Goldobin and the Sting for be resilient and coming back two or three times last night. I had a feeling they would be hungry after losing the new Years Eve game but they came out flat and got all excited for London being up 3-0 early. Sting might be a team to worry about when they get Gally, Murphy and Latta back?
Easy there champ... I guess some people don't understand the use of emoticons.
I guess I don't understand how a guy rocking out and a laughing face cancels out telling a group to 'suck it', but ok. It is what it is.
I thought Sarnia played a very good game and deserved to win. They could be a scary team with an acquisition or two! JP Anderson is the type of tender that could get hot and lead a team on a nice run come playoffs.

Damn shame about that there record run falling apart at the last minute. Damn shame indeed. For what its worth, if you guys broke the record it would have had asterisks all over it with the different OT rules. What Kitchener did was pretty amazing, and it would be a shame to see that overshadowed by a modern team taking advantage of 4 on 4 OT and shootouts to accomplish the same feat.

You obviously haven't been long enough to appreciate my humour.
That was one helluva run. Won a ton a close ones, came back more than a couple times, got some OT magic and that intense record breaking shootout win, but finally ran outta magic. Maybe they shouldnt have got up by 3 so early, shoulda let the Sting grab the lead going into 3rd
Beaten by a team who refused to pack it in after facing adversity(something the Spits could use- for u Libbs)
A great game by Goldobin- kid has some real skills. Sarnia snagged a real good one in the Euro draft
Too many D breakdowns- it had started to happen more often as the streak went on. We starting giving up more goals and the G wasnt as good as weve seen during this run. Understandable
Now its time to spend the next 2 months prepping for what is hopefully a long PO run
Again congrats to the Knights on an impressive run and to the Sting for finally beating them.
London Knights have all but wrapped up back to back OHL championships. 2 very long streaks in back to back years. This team is well above the rest. Wont be surprised to see them win 10 in a row now. One game means nothing, they tied Erie 2-2 earlier in the year.

I like our team.
I like Mark making the trade deadline decisions
I like the coaching staff
BUT nothing is won yet, the work is just starting. I for one am not taking anything for granted but do like our chances as much as any1
