Apparently Oliver Laurdisen has gone back to his home planet as well, since he's gone from a "wow we got this guy in the 7th round?" to nobody mentioning him at all.

That is true for all prospect pools, even the highly rated ones. This is a prospect website and fans get excited about potential and rankings, but most first round picks and many of the "top 50" won't amount to anything. We as Flyers fans have been spoiled that the team hasn't missed a 1st rd pick since Jeff woywitka in 2001.

Been trying to find a list (maybe there isn't one) of our prospects playing in the WHL and what teams they are on....

I believe the only prospect we have playing in the WHL is LW Taylor Leier in Portland.

The last two drafts for the Flyers have been good. I wonder if there has been a philosophical change or new scouts hired.

A lot too early to evaluate how the drafts have been imo. A guy can look great, then never materialize at the NHL level.

I will say that it often helps when you aren't trading away all of your early picks for in-season bandaids.

Yea. I also am looking at these other guys he's going against. MAB's brains all messed up. He either has a concussion or has the flu. Something is wrong there. The Dane and Manning have both taken steps back from last season.
