Nope, they're all fine. Well, in terms of graduating. Their experience is going to be pretty crappy. But they'll be fine. I know someone who scored an internship with a team for the fall semester of this year I think. Ended up just tacking on with another department so he would have something to do. He probably got a raw end on developing any on-the-job skills, but he still gets his credit and a place on his resume. And its unpaid, so I don't see why any teams that have unpaid internships wouldn't still give the interns something to do and the credit for it.

I'm pretty sure it won't end tonight. I think they disclaim, but it hopefully will be the last rollercoaster drop of the lockout, and a deal gets done at 11:59 PM on January 11th.

This doesn't end tonight because of the deadline. Both sides know the 19th is the dropdead date so they are going to try playing chicken until about the 6th or 7th to milk out what they can.
