Not even that angry that Russia won. I'm angry because Canada played so badly.

Congrats Russia, I think you deserved it.

Kerry Frasor's son is the ref? No wonder they missed that high sticking penalty in the first period

Entertaining game to watch and the outcome is what I predicted. Murphy had no business being out there if he's just gonna be a pilon.

It was a really entertaining game. Could've ended either way.. Both teams created enough chances to win the game but Russia did.

Slepyshev (it was him right?) didnt need to do like he did but he did, not classy but we need to remember they're still kids.. it's not like Team Canada is winning fair play awards in this tournament either.

Also, Murphy should be a winger if he wants any other kind of career that doesn't involve being a star in the DEL.

It was a pretty weak attempt by Rielly at the puck to even cause the rush.

I don't get the Canadian and Russian kids taunting each other before and after games. That has no place in hockey. Isn't there any strong leaders at these countries that can put a stop to this?

It's been clear for a number of weeks that this team is not like the 95 and 05 teams, as demonstrated by the weak 2012 draft class.

Nevertheless, I was expecting a medal.

That Murphy penalty? Not at all. He was skating backwards covering his man and his kinda lifted his stick during stride and just clipped the Russian player. Was pretty weird because there's no reason to skate with your stick that high.

Not to mention he's the youngest D-man along with Reinhart.

There's no reason to put your two most offensive defensemen together in OT. Spott does it again.
