Marty Turco leads western Goaltenders in All star voting.

As a Stars fan, I would like to apologize to the rest of the conference. Marty doesn't deserve to even have half the votes he has.

Neither does Guerin (3rd among wingers), Modano (2nd among centers) or Zubov (4th among defensemen). Oh well, maybe they will be inspired for that game.. but neither of them are even the best players of their own team, pretty much a farce.

Brutal, i say keeps the fans out of the voting process and let the GM's pick.

It's always a year behind for players who have dropped off in play.

Roberto Luongo is second to last in eastern conference goaltender voting just ahead of Kolzig. Based on these numbers Brodeur, Khabibulin, and Belfour would be the goalies to play.

The fans only vote in the starters. People in NHL management positions vote in the rest (coaches, GMs, whoever)
