I prefere Junnilas goal over that though, and i am a Jokerit fan.

8-1? Good thing I wasn't watching that otherwise I might have ended up punching my monitor. I guess after winning the championship back in 2011 they just decided to collapse.

He was prosecuted before and today was the verdict: Ben-Amor gets 3540 eur fines. Time to finally move on with this subject.

Masuhr hit on Wärn: http://www.nelonenpro.fi/jääkiekko/s...t/media/499371

Was thrown out and likely gets at least a 5 game suspension. This has to be a joke right? Right?

Defender Patrik Parkkonen with his first point in SM-liiga as Ässät tie it 2-2 in the second period against Espoo Blues. A small good thing in this mess of a team at the moment.

Probably wouldn't had to wait for his 7th game to do that if he got some time on the powerplay maybe instead of your typical tough defensive defenceman Tapio Sammalkangas, but what can you do.

Also scored in the SO in against Ässät just before that game with a nice wrist shot to the top corner. Hopefully he gets it going.

Since Medvescak joined EBEL there is a lot of hockey (mostly Medvescak of course) in newspapers and games are regularly broadcasted.

Won't be bad for Ässät since Joensuu hasn't brought any positive things to the team after he got back from the injury some time ago.

Will sting for about half of the teams.

I'd imagine many of the top-10 scorers of forwards and defencemen still left in the league after the NHL-players have left, and maybe some goaltenders (Raanta, Engren, Ortio, Tarkki, Koskinen). Maybe even some rather big names, who haven't had much success this season like Ville Koistinen.

Will be interesting to see if something gets done.

Seems like Borna is getting some more time already. Started on the second line on HPK today and even just scored a goal on the powerplay.

Cool. Nice to see that he is able to score in his first senior season. Hopefully his next season will be breakout one.

Based on the comments of some Tappara-fans he was overall a solid defeceman and looked like a professional. Good movement for a big guy, made the right decisions and had a good shot. Some trouble with reading the play when on the defensive, but still one of the better defencemen on the team.

Holy crap a nine point week for Ässät with three regulation wins!

So much more effort compared to the team I was rooting for last week.

11 points between positions 3-11. So anything is possible, only Jokerit and KalPa are ahead of other teams. It´s interesting.
