Buy out Montador and Olesz. Don't resign Bickell or Roszival. Resign Stalberg for $2M, Kruger for $1.5M and Leddy for $2.5M and tell Sharp to suck it up for the team and play 2C, and here ya go heading into 2013/14:

Stalberg is more than likely going to receive more than $2 mil/year unless he has a terrible year.
If Kruger is making $1.5 mil/year then I say you let him walk unless he makes some strides this year. I'll go out there, fall all over the place and lose faceoffs for the league minimum.
you think Stalberg won't get better offers? You won't think if this is the best offer we give him he wouldn't test the market?
Yeah ... you're probably right. If Stalberg does well enough for the Hawks to want to resign him, then other teams will offer more than $2M. I guess depending on how he does this season (if there is a season), he may get $3M or more from some team, and it's doubtful the Hawks can go more than $3M if the cap is $65M or other changes aren't made.

thats right. I expect some points out of him and see him leaving as UFA next season. A team will overpay

It all remains to be seen based on how much the cap is next year. If it really goes down to $60 million there isn't going to be much available cap space for next year's FAs.
For Teams like the Isles. Jackets and Oilers, there will be Cap Space to add him
There will certainly be some teams with space. It is a matter of some of those teams spending money though. I'm also not sure what the FA crop looks like for next year.
