I didn't think we would end up in the final because of the injuries we had before the tournament, so I'm still quite happy that we at least got the silver.

Congratz!

There were some ABBA, SHM praises and taunts flying around.

Only thing I would like to say.....leave SHM ALONE!!!....please. You're lucky they even perform in front of you Ba'''''s!!!.

Anyone that has a problem with Swedish house mafia you go through me!!!

1:20 for the win...dropping the hammer!!!!!!

Missed the last period due to SEL. In the end I guess it was for the better.
Congrats USA, well deserved!

Apparently 17% of the Swedish population watched the semifinals. How many viewers did this game have?

Really impressed with USA defensive effort beginning with Gibson going into the ELITE defensive unit and even the effort of the Forwards. Don't see a team shut the door that well in a Juniors tournament too often. Usually there's a lot of mishaps and soft goals that make for entertaining high scoring games but all tournament this American team was rock-solid defensively.

yaaaah.......not my type of music really. I remember this one friend of mine was happy that so many Swedish bands came and dominated a festival in Israel. It was Dark tran, Meshuggah and some others big names and 4 out 5 were Swedish, you know this scene better than me. The only song I like is Meshuggah -Bleed...I am feeling that one.

The rest feels as if its for the rest of you guys. North America or wherever you might be . Please enjoy it and I'll settle for some Miles Davis

So proud of the USA kids, was a lot of fun watching them the past few weeks even if I did have to sacrifice some sleep

And congrats to Sweden. As I noted in another thread, very impressed with what they did this year missing key players and to get that close again is quite something.

Not a guarantee though. How many goalies have dominated juniors only to come up short when they make the jump to the NHL? A lot.

RNH is already an NHL star.

Oh. My. Gosh. That American forecheck was in beast mode the last two games.

Awesome win and timely saves by Gibson!

Just wanted to pop in and congratulate Team USA and their fans. Full marks, full credit where it's due, kudos to the fans, the coaching and the development program for really building a great team. USA hockey is really coming along and that means great things for the sport in the future.

I hope they do a dressing room victory song video like they did in 2010. That was a lot of fun to watch.
