guys, now I know hockey will be back. The latest video on tsn.ca we have a Darren pang sighting.

basically all the reporters and everyone is saying the 1.8 gap is the last hurtle to go.

after this short season of 70m cap, the cap the NHL wants it at 62.5 PA as low as 64.3

they were saying it will affect a lot of players some GM's might not be able to sign players, which puts them out of work, plus family.

Dreger was saying that's what the PA and the mediator are talking about with the NHL.

I wonder If they are trying to keep a lid on news until Monday, maybe asking reporters not to say a word lol.

wouldn't surprise me if they started calling teams, owners, players.

telling them to comeback, etc.

they probably are going to get started making a season, logistics, etc.

I know of one player who said a deal was done, but so did a bunch of other people the last time a deal fell through.

Right, so who the hell plays for us now? I genuinely couldn't remember half our team without sitting down and dedicating myself to it, it's been so long.

I remember we have a wizard centering the top line...

Why? Because I don't want a watered-down version of an otherwise great product that would incidentally also ruin for the season all other leagues NHL-ers have played in? Well, it is what it is, I'll probably still follow it this year, but I'd much prefer it if they didn't reach a deal yet, or reached one that had NHL starting next year.

Guys, think positive, I know the past can make you not want to give a F but I got something that will make you feel better.

You just have to remember to think happy thoughts and you can fly like peter pan

So 94-95 was bad?

Last I recall it was a very exciting year (Lindros MVP , Flyers return to playoffs)

It sucked for Hawks though cause they lost to Red Wings in WCF (3 OT losses)

The #NHL lockout seems to be coming to an end. In related news, the Leafs have been statistically eliminated from the playoffs.
