They'll get time together, this is probably how they start the season though.

I see Hitchcock going with something similar to that. Could be way off though.

The wild look like a solid team.
They really have it all IMO.
I'm predicting that they finish
Ahead of the Canucks in the NW

Hitch has already stated that Mcdonald Steen and Tarasenko line will not change, while noting a guy like D'Agostini might be who slides in with Backes and Oshie. Just going by what the coach said.

First 3 lines are interchangeable. Any of them could get the most ice time any given game.

Can't wait to see the McDonald-Steen-Tarasenko line.

McQuaid is hurt and out for a good amount of time after back surgery for a blood clot, and Caron is apparently hurt and won't be available for around a month.

I'd put Johnson/Krug in McQuaid's place and replace Caron with Bourque.

If he does impress the habs i could see the possibility but to be honest the kid needs one more year in juniors/minors.

Galchenyuk will have to really impress. However, it isn't unlikely he gets the 9 games.

Mostly this... just add Gomez if he's healthy and doesn't simply fail to make the team based on a terrible camp showing, say (inasmuch as they even have much camp). Galchenyuk may or may not make it, 50/50 as far as I would guess. If Nokelainen is still hurting, you could pick from Leblanc or Dumont as other candidates to go with Gomez, with or without Galchenyuk.

Saw a tweet today (Can't remember where though) where it was stated Galchenyuk will be in camp and Therrien is really enthused about him after seeing him play in Russia.

For Tampa Bay, JT Brown has a broken collarbone and will be about for 1-2months

For Calgary, Roman Cervenka has a blood clot and apparently is out indefinitely...

Schenn on first pairing may not be a good idea.

I like the kid a lot, but his foot speed tends to get exposed. Shelter him for a bit with a solid 2-way dman; let him build some of that confidence.
