I don't eat artichoke as much as I used to....can't remember the last time, actually....but I do remember liking it an awful lot.

Bah, why'd you have to include potatos? They are the best but I try not to think of them as vegetables. A good baked potato is delicious.

But really, broccoli is primo when we are talking veggies. No non-potato beats it.
