TIFWIW, but Andrey Makarov's twitter handle appears to be @Makki1993, as the off-ice photos seem legit, while the account also tweeted to Kevin Snow that it's him.

If you're looking for up to the minute, quick update stuff go for the general media, they're far quicker than the local guys...even for local news. If you're looking for stories, Bill Hoppe is by far my favorite of the local guys.

Well, there's the team staffers: @BuffaloSabres, @robray32, @duffersabres, @kwsnow, @SabresProspects, @IanSabresPR, @SabresHotline, @KevSylvester, @76_AndrewPeters (I believe he's a regularly featured co-host now with K-Sly)... and the regular beat writers: @BillHoppeNHL, @BuffNewsVogl, @BNHarrington, @pham1717; with @john_wawrow frequently penning the AP stories.
If you want to follow players, talk radio, bloggers and/or fans, that's up to you.
