Rogers, just a few minutes ago, warned me that my bandwidth has hit 100%.

The only problem is, my month ends on the 5th, and Rogers is telling me I hit 100% on the 4th. $16 charge for being over the limit. Couldn't have warned me when I hit 90%, like they're supposed to?
