Their summer Tour de France ratings were up a lot last summer, even without Lance... Lance... Lance. Apparently a decent number of people who got lured in by the constant Johnny Hoogerland v. barbed wire fence commercials stuck around for the French scenery porn (the pool video feed Le Tour uses is legitimately awesome) and possibility of even more rider splatfests.

But they've had several college games on throughout the lockout. Like I said though the vast majority (probably 95% or more) take place on Friday and Saturday. Unless you want them to replay those on Tuesdays or something.

To be honest, they could replay them 2 weeks later and I'd watch with no clue

the problem with college hockey is that that you need a name program involved to drive viewership and there are only a few out there (Notre Dame, the B1G schools, possibly BC and UConn) and most of those already have TV deals (and most of the B1G schools kind of suck)
