You probably don't have hyper-lordosis so you don't need to do that stuff. Not that trimming down or stretching daily is bad for anyone (stretching is massively underrated for muscle tone and overall fitness) but you don't have to worry about standing in class because it's unlikely that you suffer from extreme lumbar curvature. Although, if you took notes and all that jazz, no reason to see why a teacher would not allow it, if you explained that you were suffering from lower back pain and poor posture and it was scientifically proven to correct itself by sitting as little as possible and performing hip stretches.
Edit: Nevermind, I saw that you did look into it after the other guy asked about it. Well, eat your lunch standing up and don't sit around a lot when you're at home. Do the other stuff like trim down and make sure to stretch every day. Supposedly the best way to remedy it is hip-flexor stretches, daily, so look those up specifically.

C'mon Nils! even though I'm only 5 10' and 158 give or take a dozen pounds because my weight thing doesn't work all that well , I'm sure I can take you. maybe in 4 years when you're 19 and I'm still just me.... then you'll be able to take me for sure.
I have a hard time sleeping. I need to adjust my mind set. When this place is a pig sty, waking up in the morning is a big more painful. Put that together, if I go to sleep at like 4 and manage to fall asleep at 7, getting out of bed at 9 has proven to be almost impossible. So most days I sleep in til 4 PM so today I'm staying up and school starts tomorrow again so I'm rolling on the early bed time in 17-18 hours or so later tonight to turn me around and for school to force me out of bed and then I'm all normal. I think.
I play online poker for a living so the bizarre hours come with the job.
