A little bit taller would be cool , but that's not something I would pay a lot of cash for.I'm content with my overall appearance.

If there's something I would pay a lot of cash for , it's definitely my posture that is being ruined as the years goes by.Some days it's like I'm in hell , back pain , neck pain , knee pain , foot pain , migraines potentially caused by the overall posture and the list goes on and on.
My hair. Wish it would grow out fuller and my hair-line wasn't so deep. At this point, my hair is so thin and my widow's peak is so deep, it's pointless to grow out my hair. Most of the time it just looks like I'm balding. Best to keep it buzzed down.
Everything else is alright. My nose is big, but with a long face it would not make sense to have a small nose.

Oh I know I'm getting there. By 30, my hair line will be at the top of my head and I'll have to go bald. By then, I'll have spent a few years training at the gym, so I'll have more of a Stone Cold Steve Austin look and not a Sinead O'Connor look.
Looking to shed a few pounds get more toned and bigger and all that, but since that's in my control I didn't vote weight.
Rather a facial feature. I would like my two front teeth to be a tad more aligned. My teeth were horribly crooked when my adult teeth first came in as a youngin, and braces largely fixed the issue save for a slight discrepancy in the alignment of my two front teeth that's only really noticeable if I grin and you look at me from the side. It's superficial and I really don't care, but if I had to choose something to change about myself, that would be it, although part of me also thinks little flaws like that add character.
Oh, well. **** it.
