That graphic has been used for the Sharks classic games the past couple of months.

PollakOnSharks 1:53pm via Web #Sjsharks say fewer than 100 season-tickets canceled during the course of the lockout.

i would say probably half of those come back though once they get the chance. not to many people want to lose a couple thousand dollars while the uncertainty remains.

Murray scores GWG for his team Wednesday.
Not only that he scored, he did it all by himself:

Channel 7 (ABC) had two cameras and reporter @ lockout skate today.

KGO (radio) had someone out.

And the Sharks had their camera crew on scene.

Looks like Wingels may be skating with Chicago-area guys.

When camp opens -- sources indicated that won't happen until this weekend -- don't look for the usual 60 players competing for 23 roster spots. McLellan said he expects about 25 to be on hand, and he likes that most of them are returning from last season.

"One of the good things with our club heading in is we only brought in two new faces," McLellan said, referring to free-agent defenseman Brad Stuart and forward Adam Burish.

Even the less-familiar faces likely to be in camp have had a chance to learn the Sharks' system over the past four months in Worcester.

Neither McLellan nor Wilson would identify which players might be called up. But based on their play and injuries to other prospects, forward James Sheppard and defensemen Matt Irwin and Matt Tennyson are most likely headed to San Jose.

Yes, only two new faces on a team ousted after 5 playoffs games and you're not one of them Todd.

Great news!

You're forgetting the significantly more important pieces: new coaches, specifically on the defensive end, and a likely healthy Havlat with a little more time to gel with the team.

Robinson will be a godsend for the PK and Demers/Braun. That's also something that was a key **** point last year for the Sharks.

And the team with/without Havlat was night and day. Give him some time and it'll be a lot better.

I have a lot of faith in Havlat if he has a healthy season. He seemed to work well with the Shark's system, but only time will tell.

Some sad news to report — Katie Moore, wife of veteran NHLer Dominic Moore, has passed away after a battle with liver cancer.

The hockey world first learned of Katie’s illness shortly after Dominic missed the final two games of San Jose’s opening-round playoff loss to St. Louis.
Not sure if he's even still with the Sharks, but this is a sad story, considering what we found out last year. My condolances he him and his family.

Just found out there is already a thread on this. Still a sad story.

Move something(s) for a second line winger and put Clowe or Pavelski on the third line.

McLellan talks about short camp, getting off to fast start.

(BTW, if you haven't seen those four player vids from yesterday, you may want to watch soon. NHL supposedly fining teams for using "player images" prior to ratification of CBA.)

How come the players already have access to the facilities if it's not official yet?

Aren't the players renting the facilities?

I think he meant the team locker room, gym, etc. During the lock out, Sharks players were renting ice but had to use the same crappy locker rooms the public uses. Once tentative agreement was reached, the Sharks (along with other teams) were granted permission to use the usual team facilities although they are still not permitted to engage with team coaches.

I don't think he's #17. The order seems random and they just took a player from each team.
On that note, man does that list suck. Kessel, Hartnell, Jagr, Eberle?
