I agree on both counts.

Robert Gordon Orr would bring instant credibility to the commissioner's office.

And yeah Mario's a whiny punk.

Didn't think I needed to hit the sarcasm button Dan buddy

But you tell me what to do everyday anyway via international texting

Edit: Picture is too small, but it's on the Bruins facebook page. He looks like he's in great shape. He won't be getting winded after a weeks worth of practices.

Bummer, the Islanders could have used him on the back end.

I still stand by my pick of them getting in to the playoffs with the shortened season

This whole thing is a big relief. I was truly starting to think it was the hockey gods having mercy on me for being out of the country where it`ll be tough for me to catch any games. I wasn`t going to miss a thing! I was feeling guilty, you know, like when you wear the wrong shirt and the team loses a game...

But we´re back, baby, we`re back!

This, i'm just glad to have the game back, not just the Bruins.

usually there's something to watch every night during the year thanks to TSN and TSN2 or for the rest NBCSN

Good. Hopefully the NHL loses some of its superstars. Maybe it will teach them not to lockout again.

I'm guessing not since there'd probably be more comments on it but are the Rangers screwed with Redden for this shortened season? Thought I read he'd still count against the cap even if he was sent down and that you can't buy anyone out until the summer.

NHL has a standing agreement with KHL that they will not poach each others players with a valid contract.

KHL released a statement tonight saying they will honor that agreement including in Visnovsky's case.

Time will tell.

From the sound of it the individual teams may have been making offers while the KHL had other plans?
