UFA to Moscow onto Houston and then on to Edmonton
I think he said that it was Ufa to Helsinki and then to London where their flight got cancelled for 12 hours. Then to Vancouver? Or maybe Toronto and then Vancouver.
Stauffer was suggesting perhaps Vandevelde. Makes sense. He likely has a lower ceiling than Lander but can likely fit in better on the bottom line. He wont make the team, but an invite to camp could work.
I'd like to see Lander and Paajarvi down on the farm all year long TBH. If Vande Velde or hell even Tanner House makes more sense as a 4C or W I'd be down with it.

Got the sense they didn't want to entirely fleece OKC of all their top players. MPS and Hartski should get call ups closer to Sunday after the games from the 11-13th. Maybe Teubert as well? There are 15 forwards confirmed coming to camp, you'd have to think this list is somewhat accurate:
Don't know whether the 15 confirmed was including Jones with the injury. If not, perhaps Lander gets a look at camp.
I hope to hell this guy steps up and makes this year's squad at some point. He's not the most naturally skilled player, but he's an amazing worker and a great character guy and can do a much better job in that 4th line role than Ben Eager. Exactly someone this young team needs, regardless of how well they do. There is a very good reason he's been getting solid minutes in the NHL with poor stats for almost a decade.

I agree. All Eager has going for him is a few more points, but that's not really the reason for an agitator/goon. You know Hordi will go out there and lay some big hits, and draw a few penalties to boot
On New Year's Day, I pulled off Tangier-Tarifa-Malaga-Barcelona-Vienna-Frankfurt-Bangkok-Jakarta.
Well, I shouldn't say New Year's Day, since I arrived in Jakarta on the afternoon of the 3rd. THAT was tiringgggg!
*However, I didn't have to go straight to a pro hockey practice, so he has my sympathy *

Yilkes, there are direct flights from London to Edmonton... Just not occuring every day of the week. He might have been better off waiting a day for one of those rather than waiting on a endless series of layovers.

He wanted to visit his parents at home in Vancouver before the season started. He's still only 19.
Today was a lot of work! I do not know whether or not I missed, but I know for sure, Nail Yakupov in the plane and fly to Calgary, and then goes to Edmonton
