And also .... am I the only one who really doesn't care either way about guns? All I see are people banging their shoe on the table either for or against guns. I see disingenuous arguments and suspicious stats pouring out of both sides but nothing I would ever trust.

I get the last two sentences, but not the first one.

Why do you not care either way?

Edit: After thought, I doubt the situation will change dramatically over the next few years. So who cares.

I would not say I don't care about the issue but I would say my passion is more in regulations then any sort of elimination of guns.

I do agree that there are being stats given to justify both positions and I don't know that I would but much stock in any of them as most will be twisted to fit an agenda.

The one thing that does annoy me about some of the pro-gun crowd is their grip they strangle the 2nd ammendment with.

As I understant it, gun deaths are such a small % of all the ways people die that even if either side were right about their dream hypothesis, they won't really change the world very much for most folks.

Also, I don't live the kind of life where guns affect me. I live in one of the safest big cities around, in the safest part, I don't go out at times where violence is more likely to happen, I don't have a gun nor know anybody who does. If other people want to, hey, suit yourself.

I'll choose the most dangerous weapon of them all: stupidity. "A Kadri and a 1st for Crosby..."

None of the above.

Poison dart gun. I use it in video games and would use it in real life.

Don't tease us.

And what's "A Kadri"? Is that some sort of fish?

You will get those 15 year old posters who said they would not be willing to give Kadri for Crosby.
