How come the Canucks fans are lukewarm to openly hostile about their team?

Seriously, 43 years of losing and getting the **** kicked out of you by every team in the league at one point or another begins to wear on people. Now we're at the point where the fans and media have successfully run a potential Hall of Fame goaltender out of town.

Hey now, I think we have a pretty good all-time record against the Blue Jackets.

Big Blues fan but I am not a fan of the Preds although I do respect the **** out of that organization. And I agree that even though we are not of the same political beliefs it will be nice to start talking hockey.

Although I really don't think I will ever be able to take AP seriously even if it is just hockey talk.

As if the Blues fanbase isn't aware of the same problems......

Born and raised St. Louis Blues fan here. Maybe some day....

You know it. Be nice to get a real coach too.

On the Wet Coast we do not like to show up other teams. Two Presidents' Trophy wins back to back is just a little too much.

We made a serious mistake in getting rid of Brian Burke, otherwise we could have a record like the Maple Leafs, missed the play-offs since the previous lockout and been quite happy.

Such is life.

And the the Leafs turn around and make the same error that the Canucks did... they hire Dave Nonis to replace The Mouth That Roared.

Oh well - In a couple of years the Leafs can hire an ex-player agent and begin their ascent to elite status.

I am a Habs fan. Although I don't really even watch the NHL anymore. I only go to the occasional live game at the Bell Centre. That's about it for me these days.
