I would not be surprised to see them get another defenceman. A one that plays a very tough game to make up for what they traded away in the Musil deal.
I could see that also but who from currant roster goes cause they're at the 25 man limit so someone would have to go. As it stands now if everyone is healthy they would have 3 f and 2 D sitting every game, that would suck for the 4th liners!!

I don't know if that's necessary, Musil, Lowe, Shmoorkoff, and Reinhart (assuming he comes back) all have an edge to their game. IMO toughness by committee will be a lot more important come playoff time than what ever Geertsen's fists could bring.
So maybe they're still going to push for Ferland? Wilson was a 20 year old, no?
No. All the spots are taken with Foster, Wruck and Cheek. Wilson was 19. Its unlikely the Oil Kings would have had a spot for him next year, so they basically swapped Wilson for Cheek and all it cost them was about three or four spots in the draft.

Yeah, basically got a more offensive winger of similar size.

Sounds good, thanks. I wonder if they'll chase a defenseman with Reinhart's status up in the air. My guess is he stays with the NYI because they need to get to the cap Floor and they are cheap.
If Jarry keeps this pace up, I would not be suprised at all if the Oilers nabbed him with one of their two second round picks, sepecially since they love to pick Oil Kings.
Good to see Ewanyk and Moroz pick up some points tonights. This is shaping up to be a great battle down the stretch against the Hitmen for the division title.

Im a big Jarry fan but he really didnt play all that well last night.
I wasn't able to pay attention to the game last night but it's good to see them bounce back after another iffy loss to the Ice. Seriously, that team has their number right now.
Oil Kings have shut out their opposition in 4 of the last 6 games and have only allowed 3 GAA in those games. I think the domination is finally starting to kick in.
