Joining you guys for the short year. I am 15 lonely jackalopes and will attempt to dominate but will be the cannucks again, dominate the regular season and fail miserably in the playoffs for the third time in a row. Have fun folks, see ya in a few days to draft. Heads up though, only one more spot open.
Alright, now that all 16 spots have been filled we have 4 Divisions and 4 teams per Division.

The Forsberg
The Duchene
The Landeskog
I think, since this is only for fun, that if enough people want to re-align (i.e. be in the same division as a friend) then you can either respond to THIS posting, or PM me and I'll see if we can make that happen!

Unfortunately Grackle, the only fair thing to do was give the spots to the last 4 people who had asked. The maximum allowable teams is 20. When we reached 16 a poster named Flow had contacted me via Twitter (he had actually done it earlier in the day when not all 16 spots had filled up, but was at work and missed getting in on the original 16 spots).
Then billybobjoe1881, kapzk and GenoSnipeBarDown were the next 3 to ask, making them the 18th, 19th and 20th teams out of the Max 20. If Yahoo allowed for more spots I'd expand, but unfortunately he doesn't.
Next season, we should have two divisions of 20 teams each and perform a Gold/Bronze medal games between the final 4 teams.
^^This. Could also do it this year. Even if we can't merge leagues, it is easy to create an unofficial playoff bracket on this site. Point totals will be calculated by Yahoo!, so just compare point totals with your opponent (obviously final rounds of playoffs only, otherwise it would get tedious).
