Oh jeez, that proposal is so embarrassing for Rangers fans anyhow.

Hall (#1 overall pick) + Schultz (#1 most sought after UFA tearing up the AHL) + Petry (decent, young #4 RH PMD) for Callahan, Miller and MDZ.

Even valuing all of Cally's intangibles and over valuing my own prospect in Miller, that's such lunacy it's not funny. It's not a matter of whether it's even fair or not, as I don't know how Schultz will translate in the NHL, but Edmonton wouldn't trade Hall AND Schultz in the same deal for anything shy of Malkin/Stamkos.
