Interesting. I'd like to see that tied into a study on how prevalent comment reading is in general. Sometimes I read the comments of a given article just to see what the wackos (on both sides) are saying to each other.

The problem I find is the commenters will usually be more for whichever side the article leans. Even articles that proclaim to be neutral.

People only read what they want to. And people like reading that their views are correct.

Mulling over my vehicle options, realized it kind of makes sense to get a truck or an SUV. Looking for:
Can tow ~2,000 pound trailer
Can fit 8-10 dogs either inside or in a cabbed back
Small to medium sized
Best Fuel economy available
Removable seats (if SUV)
Preferably used

Make suggestions.

You should read some NOM articles, lol. Most of the comments are going the other way.

I've got a one-&-a-half-night stand with JB/LemmoMyLeggio's recent tryst lined up. After seeing / hearing his CrossFit workouts, I'm not going to try to match or top him.

It's the tool box of their trade, ONG. When your GC or his crews show up to work on your house, do they bring "only" the tools they need for that day's job? No, they bring all the tools, gadgets, hardware, and parts that make them comfortable knowing they can tackle 10x the original work and whatever challeges arises that day as well. Bolded kind of seems to be at odds with each other.
Get a used GMC Safari or Chevy Astro cargo van, and call it a day.

Kinda kicking myself for picking up the overtime today. I'm going to miss the early playoff game and time relaxing with the family.

I certainly won't kick myself come payday. Especially since I made one of my weekly bonuses last week so I'll get my pay plus overtime plus bonus.

Jetta Sportwagen Tdi. 30/40 MPG, lots of space but not a huge vehicle. They last forever.

Congrats to you and her.

P.S. I am at the Seattle International Airport right now and it's kind of crazy (and cool seeing little old ladies fist pump right in front of me).

Alright fitness gurus I need some advice:

I am going to be starting an at home work out routine sometime later this week. My schedule is odd though. I work 2-3 opens (~7-5), 2 closes (2-11) and if I only work 2 opens my fifth day is a mid (~11-8). So I won't really have the ability to work out at the same time every day even though that would be my preference.

My question is will this affect my work our results if my time of working out is varied daily or do I need to bite the bullet and wake up early (~5:30) daily to be able to work out at the same time daily to get better results?
I'm not totally against getting up early minus the mornings after I close. Especially since after working all night it isn't exactly easy to get to sleep right away after getting home.

My understanding is science 100% shows it doesn't matter what time of day you eat**, so I assume a similar reasoning for exercise holds, as long as your body rests enough. I am not an exercise guru by any means, but I would recommend setting a schedule that allows you to work out when you will feel relaxed and not rushed, eager to be there and not dreading it, and not trying to "squeeze it in" due to other commitments (job, kid, etc.). If that means you drop a workout from your schedule because it just isn't working for you, so be it. If, on any days, you need to have a more abbreviated workout, make it a cardio, or proportionately greater cardio than muscle. You can always take a half hour to do pushups, etc., at home, and get a mile in. (Advice from someone who doesn't exercise, so take it with grain of salt.)

**e.g., the "don't eat after 7:30 at night" rules.
